Buyer
Raisa and her team are true masters at what they do. When we first met with her over coffee to discuss what we were looking for in a new home, she was all ears, took notes, asked questions, and was genuinely engaged with us. Upon looking at our options and going to check out open houses, she was always there to guide us through. When we had questions about the smallest of details, like HOA reserves, she got that info back to us in less than 24 hours. We were blown away at her professionalism and promptness. When we zeroed in on the home that we wanted-- that we just had to have (it was really perfect for our family), she pulled some magic tricks out of from her sleeve and somehow we got the place we wanted, all the while competing with 5 other offers. There's no question in our heads that without Raisa's skill at writing offers and advocating for us that we never would have won the bidding war. During escrow, which was quite stressful because of problems with our loan broker, (who was someone my wife and I brought into the mix, not Raisa or her team), she helped in ways that still surprise us. The bottom line is that she and her team get things done, and get them done correctly. We're so grateful for the myriad bombs she helped diffuse during escrow, all due to her knowledge, tact, and personality. Without her, we likely would have lost not only our deposit but our new home as well. (Next time, I'll let Raisa refer a loan broker). And after the closing, through the first few weeks after we moved in, she was in constant contact, always available if something came up. We so appreciated everything she did for us and really could not have found a smarter, sharper, genuinely nice and thoughtful realtor.
